My colleague Andrew Long has written a great series of posts on using IBM Bluemix in a Windows Phone app (here's part 2), and his sample code is available on GitHub!

Now, a word about pricing. The Bluemix pricing page is a little intimidating. Here's the deal - obviously, you get a free trial for 30 days. But even after that, your first 375 GB-hours per month are free, and all Watson services are free while they're in beta. This means that you can run one app that uses 512 MB of RAM all month long, and it's free! This is great for prototyping apps and figuring out what will work for you.

Coming up soon - a closer look at the available Watson services, and which ones are most useful to integrate into apps!
